Abstract
A method is presented which allows convenient determination of complexation capacity of natural ligands. The accuracy of the method for mononuclear complexes is a function of ligand concentration, ligand number, and complex stability constant. The results are consistent with theoretical predictions presented. If a mixture of ligands is present the concentration of each ligand present can be determined if the stability constants are sufficiently different.
