Septate‐Like Junctions Acquired by Erythroblasts in a Case of Refractory Anaemia

Abstract
The authors describe an unusual case of refractory anaemia in whom plasma membranes of several erythroblasts are connected by junctional surface specializations which resemble septate junctions. Mechanisms and significance of the junctions in this case are unknown.Keywords
