Abstract
A pericentric inversion 11 (p11q13.3) segregating in 2 generations is described. A high degree of resolution of the inversion was achieved by using prophase and prometaphase chromosomes from methotrexate-synchronized cells. The inversion occurred in a mother and 3 of her 10 children. It had no detectable clinical consequences. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
