Abstract
While organization studies have an ambition of representing the plurality of voices heard in the field of practice, this effect will always remain a rhetorical achievement. Organization researchers cannot speak for the practitioners, but, by rendering the variety of the field speech, may successfully attract readers' attention to the diversity of the field.Keywords
