Abstract
From data on the behavior of diastereoisomers, empirical rules are derived governing their relative mobilities in liquid-solid and liquid-liquid chromatographic systems. Applications of these rules to the resolution of steroid mixtures belonging to the various classes of steroids are cited.Keywords
