Abstract
An iterative algorithm for extrapolating analog band-limited signals has been proposed by Papoulis and Gerchberg.1By inserting a multiplication by a constant in the above algorithm, chosen to minimize the energy of the error in the extrapolation interval, aconsiderable speed up of its convergence has been achieved.Keywords
