Condensed Phase of Lithium Impurities in Silicon

Abstract
We have calculated the ground-state energy as a function of density for a recently suggested condensed phase of lithium impurities in silicon. The temperature-density phase diagram of this system has been determined and it is found that the critical temperature and density are 3.0× °K and 3.5× , respectively.
