Proliferation of sweat ducts in certain diseases of the skin

Abstract
Four patterns of proliferation of eccrine sweat ducts were observed in examination of routine histologic sections of diseases of the skin. Sweat duct proliferation is a reactive process and must be differentiated from a benign adnexal neoplasm or an infiltrating malignant one.
