Abstract
This paper presents the techniques for glottic reconstruction after partial laryngectomy using a bipedicle muscle/perichondrial flap. The use of this technique extends the scope of lesions amenable to conservation surgery and maximizes the postoperative laryngeal function in terms of satisfactory phonation, respiration, and deglutition. Keywords
