Abstract
The absorption spectrum of Ba II has been studied for 350 ≤ Λ ≤ 1100 Å by the flash pyrolysis technique. 423 transitions have been observed. Several long series have been identified, converging to the 5p5 6s and 5p5 5d limits of Ba III.Keywords
