Abstract
Reflecting growing concern at the clinical level, there has been a recent upsurge in the number of commercially available kits and reagents for parasitic serology, making such testing less and less the exclusive domain of federal or state public health agencies. An important parameter is the level of reactivity; it speaks to the need to distinguish between a past and a recent or ongoing infection. Keywords
