Abstract
A modified differential pulae. polarographic technique was utilized to analyze tetracycline hydrochloride. minocyline hydrochloride and daneclocycline hydrochloride and two mixturas of these compounds. The results Indicate that the method may be a useful technique for the analysis of the hydrochloride salts. of tetracycline derivativea A pH of 4.3 was found to be optimum for the polarographic peak separation and quantitative analyeis. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
