Abstract
A totally non-ionic pathway to mesoporous Ti-MSU-silicas is reported, wherein the incorporation of Ti into the silica framework proceeds via the hydrolysis of a chemically modified Ti-alkoxide species which permits control over the rate of hydrolysis of the metal precursor, thus allowing stoichiometric titanium incorporation up to approximately 5 mol%.Keywords
