Abstract
Nesting depression on a prey species caused by its predator is discussed. The significant depression in both nest box use and breeding success in tits [Parus major, P. caeruleus] within 60 m of successful Sparrowhawk [Accipiter nisus] nests can be attributed solely to the influence of the hawks.This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
