Abstract
An aerobically incubated, agar-based medium was developed for amino acid decarboxylase testing of Enterobacteriaceae family members by replica-plating methods. Results with the new medium agreed 97-99% with the reference broth method of Moeller; no false-positive reactions were encountered. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
