Abstract
Purified enterotoxin of Vibrio cholerae, when given to mice intravenously with sheep red blood cells, caused a dose-related increase in antibody-forming cells in the spleens. A maximal increase of 13-fold was observed with a 2-μg dose of the enterotoxin. Keywords
