Abstract
Vanda Miss Joaquim embryos grown for 26 weeks on basic medium containing inorganic salts, sucrose and agar had an avg. length of 10-15 mm. while those cultured on same medium with 1 mg./l. of nicotinic acid added averaged 20-30 mm. Possible beneficial effects of addition of other water-soluble vitamins are questionable. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
