Abstract
Summary: Subject to the restrictions mentioned, measurement of I131 in the serum of non-immune rabbits following intravenously administered BSaI131 provides an adequate measure of the antigen nitrogen. Following intravenous injection of BSa and BSaI131 into non-immune rabbits, there is very little if any difference in their clearance. Keywords
