Abstract
Rabbit antisera were raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the amino acid residues 169–194 in the murine interleukin‐1 sequences. Immunoreactive varicose fibers were observed in teh vas deferens, urinary bladder, gastrointestinal tract, and coeliacsuperior mesentric anglion complex of the rat. Fibers were also encountered around blood vessels in several organs including the thymus, spleen, lymph nodes, liver, and kidney. Keywords
