Abstract
Two patients with metastatic pheochromocytoma received chemotherapy with 5‐fluorouracil, cyclophosphamide, and streptozotocin. A biochemical response occurred in one instance. A review of the literature and the results in the reported patients indicate cyclophosphamide and/or streptozotocin may have activity in this neoplasm. Keywords
