Abstract
This article details the steps in planning and delivering a quality, Internet-based career assessment system. Using Careerhub.org as a model, the authors describe the challenges and ethical issues involved in designing a site, developing content, and selecting instruments. Preliminary data on the psychometric qualities of the instruments are presented, along with the results of a pilot study evaluating the site's components. Keywords
