Abstract
The sensitivity of several corticosteroid derivatives to electron capture detection following gas chromatography was measured. In general corticosteroid acetates were more useful derivatives than the chloroacetates. Many of the corticosteroid acetates have characteristically wide peaks. The γ lactone of aldosterone was a useful derivative with electron capture. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
