Abstract
We describe a non-radiolabelled method for the in situ detection of epidermal cytokine mRNA in paraffin sections of skin biopsies from sites of nickel contact sensitivity. The method uses fluorescein isothiocyanate-labelled oligonucleotide exon probe cocktails.Keywords
