Abstract
Controlling for program design and content, this study contrasts strong individual student and trivial lecturer ability effects on student performance within a postgraduate, management development program. A repeated measures within subjects (students) between treatments (courses x lecturers) experimental design is used. Implications for management education are explored.Keywords
