Abstract
A 6-year-old girl had recurrent dyspnoeic attacks during sleep caused by laryngospasm. An abnormal electroencephalogram and an excellent response to carbamazepine suggests the possibility that the laryngospasm was a manifestation of epilepsy. Keywords
