Abstract
The extrinsic Cotton effects found on the binding of fenoprofen and some of its analogues to human serum albumin have been investigated. The fenoprofen appears to bind hydrophobically to the albumin via the phenyl rings and after dipole interactions of the carbonyl group and the ether oxygen. This binding is non-stereospecific.Keywords
