Abstract
Electrophoretic analysis of human tissue homogenates in order to demonstrate LDH-isoenzymes (by means of the method of Van der Helm) have shown that the isoenzyme patterns of the various tissue extracts differ from each other. In most of the cases 5 isoenzymes could be found. The isoenzyme patterns could be differentiated into 3 groups: LDH I/II-type, LDH IV/V-type and intermediate-type. As a side result it could be demonstrated that after having exposed the tissue extracts at room-temperature for some weeks the isoenzyme patterns were reduced so that only 1 enzymatic fraction remained: it was in all studied cases the LDH-fraction I.This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
