Abstract
The new method of bithermal calorization constitutes a quantitative yardstick for the measurement of labyrinthine sensitivity and for the detection of cerebral facilitation which would be expressed as directional preponderance. Meaningful bithermal calorigrams were observed in Meniere''s syndrome, unilateral labyrinthectomy, temporal lobe tumors, acoustic neurinoma, cerebellar tumor, and temporal lobe epilepsy. Keywords
