Study of the reactionC12(C12,d)Na22

Excitation functions for the reaction ${}_{}{}^{12}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{C}({}_{}{}^{12}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{C},d){}_{}{}^{22}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{Na}$ in the energy range 37-44 MeV (lab) are compared to those for the ${}_{}{}^{12}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{C}({}_{}{}^{12}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{C},p){}_{}{}^{23}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{Na}$ reaction. Evidence is presented that the different channels "resonate" at different energies.
