Abstract
An unattended robotic system that tests the content uniformity of antihypertensive tablet formulations is described. The system consists of a robot integrated with programmable high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) equipment and a laboratory computer, and it allows the automation of sample preparation, HPLC analysis, and report generation. It also selects the HPLC column and the mobile phase through the use of program-controlled column and solvent selectors. HPLC pump and detector parameters (flow rate, wavelength, and attenuation) are programmable and are selected by the robotic system. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
