Free Boundary Solution of a Current-Carrying Plasma

Abstract
The effect of the externally imposed field error on the shape of the current-carrying plasma is considered. It is found that the ratio of the perturbation to the plasma size is of the order of Be/(Bam), where Be is the perturbed field and Ba is the field of the plasma current.Keywords
