γ+p→η+pReaction at Low Energy and the Second-Resonant State in the Nucleon

The $\gamma +p\to \eta +p$ reaction near threshold is studied from field-theoretical viewpoint by taking into account the effects of the second-resonant state of the nucleon. It is pointed out that there may be some possibility of strong $d$-wave $\eta -N$ interaction at low energy.
