Abstract
A relatively new noninvasive technique for the diagnosis of abnormalities affecting the central nervous system is presented. It is especially useful in patients with acoustic neuroma, brain stem disorder such as tumors of the posterior fossa with neuraxis impingement, as well as demyelinating disorders such as multiple sclerosis. It is certainly useful in the verification of neurologic normalcy in patients complaining of dizziness and vertigo. Keywords
