Abstract
A method for preparation of intestine and other tubular or elongated structures for histologic and fluorescent studies has been devised. The method utilizes a simple rolling device upon which the specimen is wound prior to fixation. With this method, artifacts are minimized, and all portions of the specimen may be visualized in a single section. Keywords
