Abstract
A 42 yr old man is presented with intermittent exposure to mevinphos resulting in abdominal discomfort, malaise, nausea, dizziness and hyperreflexia. Diagnosis is confirmed by blood and urinary assays of mevinphos metabolites and cholinesterase levels. Atropine i.m. and discontinued exposure are employed for asymptomatic recovery. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
