Abstract
Energy shifts in muonic atoms caused by vacuum polarization of order α(Zα with n≥3 are calculated with nuclear size corrections taken into account. The calculations are performed for all muonic levels from the 1 state to the 5 state in various atoms with nuclear charge number Z between 30 and 100.
