Abstract
With consideration of immunologically favorable localization, tissues from human prostatic adenomas were transplanted in the anterior ocular chamber of male guinea pigs. Not in any instance were viable implants demonstrable after 3 weeks. Similar results took place in animals treated with sex-steroids. Round cell infiltration and vascular invasion apparently testify to immunologic rejection.
