Abstract
The results of a new operative technique of reconstruction of the rotator cuff are described in 112 cases. The principle of the method is the restoration of the anatomy in order to restore function. Results so far have been encouraging, as 80% of the patients have benefited from the operation. Les auteurs décrivent, à propos de 112 cas, les résultats d'une nouvelle technique de reconstruction de la coiffe des rotateurs. Le principe de cette méthode est de restaurer l'anatomie normale afin de restaurer la fonction. Jusqu'à présent les résultats sont encourageants, 80% des malades ayant tiré bénéfice de l'opération.Keywords
