Abstract
Arguments are given in favor of the trinomial system of nomenclature recently under severe criticism. The genetic effects of a wandering individual remaining to breed in a population of a different subspecies are discussed and examples are given from the literature. The author believes that it is better to use a broad subspecific category than a myriad of terms to account for all possible stages. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
