Abstract
Schottky barrier diodes in which proton bombardment has been used to define small surface-oriented devices have been used as submillimeter wavelength mixers. High-order harmonic mixing and direct heterodyne mixing with lasers up to 761 GHz have been achieved. Author(s) Murphy, R.A.
