Abstract
The electrical conductivity of lead-titanate ceramics and influence of doping have been studied. The electrical conductivity anomaly in the Curie temperature range has been noted. The results of determining the nature of conductivity have been described. The data on changing the value and type of conductivity with reduction have been given. The relaxation polarization in the range of low frequencies has been studied. The observed phenomena can be accounted for by a mechanism of conductivity based on the role of oxygen vacancies. Keywords
