Abstract
We investigated the kinetics of adsorption of Cu2+ and Cd2+ on an organic soil. The process investigated was of the first order with respect to both heavy metal and substrate concentration. The rate of the process, at constant temperature, was supposed to depend on internal diffusion, which produced a decrease of the specific rate of adsorption as a function of time or better as a function of the amounts of Cu2+ or Cd2+ adsorbed. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
