Abstract
In tests conducted in an area infested with Lymantria dispar (L.) and in an uninfested area, nonirradiated feral female gypsy moths were more attractive to feral males than were laboratory-reared irradiated and nonirradiated females. In the infested area, nonirradiated laboratory females were more attractive than irradiated laboratory females. However, in the uninfested area there was no difference between the 2 laboratory female treatments.
