Abstract
In the growth of chick embryo spinal cords in roller tubes, the usual avian plasma clot is replaced by a covering strip of Visking dialyzing membrane (Van Waters and Rogers, Inc., No. 25225). The membrane flattens the explants and facilitates microscopic observations. Myelin is demonstrable after 6 days of culture. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
