Abstract
Room‐temperature cw laser oscillation near 1.3 μm has been obtained in neodymium tetraphosphate lasers such as LiNdP4O12, NaNdP4O12, and KNdP4O12 using argon laser pumping. It was found that the LiNdP4O12 laser showed the smallest threshold pump power among them. cw laser oscillation properties, an effective emission cross section, and a resonant absorption of LiNdP4O12 at 1.32 μm were examined in comparison with those at 1.048 μm.This publication has 13 references indexed in Scilit:
