Abstract
Affinity chromatographic conditions have been developed that allow the separation of chemically modified α-chymotrypsins with reduced esterase activities compared to native α-chymotrypsin. This technique should be useful in purifying modified proteins having altered affinities for an affinity absorbent. Keywords
