Abstract
A radiation suppressed high-Q dielectric resonator with a small and simple metal cap for MIC is described. The measured Q0-factor over 10 000 is obtained at 25 GHz, which is comparable to a TE01 mode cylindrical waveguide resonator. This resonator is useful for high frequency stability MIC oscillators. Keywords
