Abstract
The disaccommodation and the uniaxial magnetic anisotropy induced by magnetic annealing were studied for rapidly quenched amorphous Fe100−xBx (12≤x≤25) and Co100−xBx (17≤x≤30) alloys. The disaccommodation exhibits a maximum between 150–250 °C for Fe‐B and 50–250 °C for Co‐B alloys. The compositional dependence of both disaccommodation and induced magnetic anisotropy constant exhibits an anomaly at x=20. The origin of disaccommodation is discussed in connection with the induced magnetic anisotropy. Further, the compositional dependence of induced magnetic anisotropy is discussed based on the compositional short‐range ordering. This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
