Abstract
The isoelectric point of the K99 antigen in partially purified preparations isolated from Escherichia coli B41 was 4.2. Electrofocused K99 antigen hemagglutinated guinea pig and sheep erythrocytes and gave a single precipitin line on diffusion against antisera to E. coli B41 and absorbed factor K99 antisera. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
