Abstract
Irradiation of enriched samples with 14-15-MeV neutrons was found to produce a new radioactive nuclide which was assigned to . The following radiation characteristics have been observed to belong to the decay of : half-life, 50±3 sec; beta end-point energy, 4.1±0.3 MeV; gamma-ray energies 0.90±0.04, 0.89±0.04, and 1.26±0.04 MeV, and relative intensities 100, 48±6, and 44±5, respectively. A partial decay scheme for is proposed.
